There are five packaging approaches meant for exported items:

1. Packaging items separately

Each rubber box is wrapped in PE packs, with each pack measuring 1000mm x 580 mm and inconsiderable weight. The packs are transparent, are 0.03 mm – 0.04 mm in thickness and melting point does not exceed 109 degrees Celsius. Each box has a net weight of 33.33kgs or 35kgs dependant on customers’ demands. .

Packaging regulations:

For boxes weighing 33.33 kgs:
- Packaging 600 boxes/ 20’ cont (equivalent to 20 tons/20’ cont)
- Packaging 630 boxes/ 20’ cont (equivalent to 21 tons/20’ cont)
For boxes weighing 35 kgs:
- Packaging 600 boxes/ 20’ cont (equivalent to 21 tons/20’ cont)
- Packaging 630 boxes/ 20’ cont (equivalent to 22.05 tons/20’ cont)

2. Packaging in plastic-platform sprink-wrap:

36 boxes are stacked into six layers placed on a plastic platform and tightly wrapped in thick, opalescent PE films. Each pallet is sturdily strapped.

Packaging regulations:
+ For boxes weigheing 33.33 kgs:
Net weight: 1,200 kgs/pallet. Gross weight: 1,240 kgs/pallet. 16 pallets are packed into a 20’ container.
+For boxes weighing 35 kgs:
Net weight: 1,260 kgs/pallet, Gross weight: 1,300 kgs/pallet

3. PACKAGING IN SHRINK WRAPPED WOOD

36 boxes are stacked into six layers placed on a wood platform and tightly wrapped in thick, opalescent PE films. Each pallet is sturdily strapped.

Packaging regulations:
For boxes weigheing 33.33 kgs:
Net weight: 1,200 kgs/pallet. Gross weight: 1,240 kgs/pallet. 16 pallets are packed into a 20’ container.
For boxes weighing 35 kgs:
Net weight: 1,260 kgs/pallet. Gross weight: 1,300 kgs/pallet. 16 pallets are packed into a 20’ container

4. Packaging in wood pallets:

36 rubber boxes are stacked in six layers into termite-proof pallets measuring 1425 mm x 1100 mm x 1067 mm. Two thick, opalescent PE films are placed in the pallet and cover the six sides of the pallet. Each pallet is strapped with an iron strip.

Packaging regulations:
+ For boxes weighing 33.33 kgs:
Net weight: 1,200 kgs/pallet. Gross weight: 1,300 kgs/pallet. 16 pallets are packed into a 20’ container.
+ For boxes weighing 35 kgs:
Net weight: 1,260 kgs/pallet. Gross weight: 1,360 kgs/pallet. 16 pallets are packed into a 20’ container.

5. Packaging in iron pallets:

36 rubber boxes are stacked in six layers into iron cases.

Packaging regulations:
For the weight of 33.33 kgs:
Net weight: 1,200 kgs / pallet, Gross weight: 1,330 kgs / pallet, 14 or 16 pallets are packed in 20 'containers.
For the weight of 35 kgs:
Net weight: 1,260 kgs / pallet, Gross weight: 1,390 kgs / pallet, 14 or 16 pallets are packed in 20 'containers.
